With a career spanning over thirty years and exposure to real estate markets across Europe, Middle East and Asia, Paul’s experience covers multiple asset classes, from super regional shopping malls, complex multiple occupancy souqs, residential properties, commercial buildings, mixed use tourist destinations and blue-chip corporates. With a depth of experience working from both landlord and service provider aspects, covering the entire life cycle of property, from development through to operations, Paul is passionate at developing data solutions to deliver better informed asset management decisions which deliver operational, commercial and customer excellence.

His current role as Senior Director with Nakheel sees a diverse portfolio of over 16,000 residential units, almost a million square feet of commercial space and complex multi occupancy destinations like Meydan which have all shown strong occupancy growth and rental progression over the last two years and now, with the introduction of complex data solutions, AI and machine learning are increasing efficiency and returns day by day.
