Paula is a practical, driven, and focused on delivering results professional with 14 years of hotel experience, of which 8 years were as a General Manager, knowing firsthand how demanding guests are and how highly transactional property management is. She led the implementation of different IT solutions within the managed properties, including PMS, ERP, and stock inventory systems. Paula has successfully managed guest satisfaction with a significant increase in Booking.com ratings.

In 2022, she took part in the foundation of XAAN, a digital-first solution that connects guests, holiday homes business owners, and suppliers in one place to deliver hotel-like services to guests staying in rental apartments.
