Puneet has over 22 years’ experience working across ME, USA and India regions in capital projects spanning project strategy & transformation, operational excellence, lean & digital adoption, drone & image analytics.

Currently working as Sr Vice President, Puneet leads the Transformation Office for Projects & Engineering at DAMAC World Real Estate, diversifying/growing into Data Centre business. He was a Partner with KPMG in India, where he helped setup and successfully ran the Major Projects Advisory practice for 16 years. He previously worked with Turner Construction in their Chicago and Detroit Offices, post his master’s in construction project management (Michigan State Univ). He takes pride in his ‘focus on implementation’ and driving business outcomes, while creating the right culture for teams to grow.
