Rania Abdelfattah

Rania Abdelfattah is a Digital Delivery and BIM Leader with over 20 years of experience across engineering, construction, and enterprise BIM implementation on complex, large-scale developments in the Middle East. She has led ISO 19650-aligned information management frameworks and structured BIM governance strategies across multi-programme environments.

She positions BIM as an organisational and business enabler, implementing governance structures, Common Data Environment integration, supply chain compliance frameworks, and lifecycle information strategies that enhance collaboration, strengthen data reliability, and reduce delivery risk.

By integrating BIM with programme controls and asset systems, Rania has improved decision-making transparency, minimised rework, and strengthened delivery predictability. She also contributes to industry capability development, mentoring and teaching over 2,000 built environment professionals across academic and professional platforms.
