Richard Latchford

Richard is an experienced commercial building manager, with particular emphasis on HVAC & mechanical systems. In his current role with IPUT, he is working on a number of new build developments, refurbishments, and primary plant upgrades, all with a view to improving occupier comfort levels, increasing energy efficiency, and reduction in fossil fuel consumption. Richard is keen on the use of automation systems, alongside good engineering design, good installation, and thorough commissioning, to optimise system performance & output.
