Roger Wahl

Roger joined Innovo in October 2022 as Group Chief Information Officer (CIO) driving our Digital Transformation Program (DXP), continuing to build upon our best-in-class technology, collaboration and security disciplines, and creating digital, data and emerging technology differentiators.

Roger comes to us with 30 years of technology leadership experience across multiple continents, cultures and industries; as a customer and service provider; and in both public and private sectors. Many of his recent roles have been focused on Engineering, Construction and innovation executive leadership.

In a recent role, Roger led the Digital Transformation strategy for a large Australian E&C company including core technology, data and analytics, process and automation and emerging technology adoption. Prior roles include 20 years of progressive technology leadership in the United States Air Force, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt project delivery in GE, and building a technology function for a global E&C company.

Roger is passionate about leveraging technology and data to drive ESG and safety in our E&C industry.

Roger has a master’s degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
