Sarah is a Corporate Services leadership professional with over 15 years of experience across multiple geographies in the Middle East, North Africa and Asia Pacific. Sarah holds extensive experience managing cross functional diverse corporate real estate teams in complex matrix environments. Sarah is currently the Regional Head of Corporate Services Middle East North Africa and Turkey for HSBC managing corporate real estate, physical security and enterprise wide business contingency & incident management. Her remits covers a portfolio of c. 2 million sq ft, 10,000 colleagues and an annual operating plan of over USD 100m. Her past key experience lies in portfolio strategy, transactions, estates management, workplace strategy, occupancy planning, operational risk management, financial planning and sustainability. Sarah is passionate about driving transformation especially in the areas of hybrid working workspaces and sustainable operations.
