Sayeeduddin Mohammed

Sayeeduddin Mohammed is a senior sustainability and energy-management leader with more than 24 years of experience across the UAE and India, specializing in environment management, circular-economy strategy, facilities operations, and large-scale energy-efficiency programmes.

He has led portfolio-wide sustainability initiatives, including the region’s largest energy-management programme covering more than 60 operating assets. His work has secured LEED O&M Gold and Platinum certifications for over 25 operational assets and generated more than AED 75 million in verified energy savings, while also advancing circular-economy initiatives in sustainable waste and water management.

In senior leadership roles, he has overseen project governance, contract management, operational strategy, and cross-functional collaboration, consistently improving performance, compliance, and resource efficiency. His background also includes extensive facilities-management experience, where he led multidisciplinary technical teams, implemented ISO-aligned quality systems, and managed complex maintenance portfolios.

Academically, he holds a Doctor of Business Administration, a Master of Applied Business Research, an MBA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is a Certified Energy Manager, Certified Sustainability & Resilience Professional, LEED Green Associate, and Certified Implementer of Integrated Management Systems. He currently serves as a Board Member for Advancing Net Zero, and previously held board positions with the Emirates Green Building Council and the Clean Energy Business Council.
