Serdar Atılgan

Serdar Atılgan is a senior executive with over 25 years of leadership experience delivering large-scale power, oil & gas, and industrial projects across international markets. He currently serves as Deputy General Manager at Çalık Energy, where he provides executive oversight for a USD 6 billion portfolio of complex power generation projects. Renowned for driving digital transformation in mega-projects, Serdar has led the integration of advanced project controls, , integrated EPC coordination, data-driven reporting, and enterprise-wide digital platforms to enhance predictability and performance. He holds an Executive MBA from Koç University, a Master’s degree in Project Management, and is a PMP®-certified professional.
