Sheik Mohamed Liakath is a senior business leader with 26 years of cross-cultural experience spanning operations, project, and engineering management across high-rise, industrial, and oil & gas developments. As Associated Vice President at Sobha Realty, he is part of the team which leads luxury master developments exceeding 15 million square feet, part of a AED 15 billion annual real estate portfolio. A recognised champion of digital transformation, he has driven BIM/Revit adoption, Power BI linked digital twins, and predictive analytics to modernise project delivery and decision-making. A Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and certified PMP, he holds an MSc in Structural Engineering from the University of Dundee, UK, and continues to pioneer modular construction, AI, and data-driven operational strategies across the industry.
