Simon Joss

Simon brings 20 years of project and programme management experience across the structural, commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors, with deep roots in the Middle East. He has overseen large-scale projects from bid through completion, with a particular focus on commercial space, workplace design, and programme management. Simon is known for aligning design intent with project goals and keeping complex teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders moving in the same direction. Simon was instrumental in the adoption of Visual Intelligence within KEO. In 2023, he spearheaded a POC project in Diriyah, Riyadh resulting in dramatic recovery and results. KEO have strengthened their partnership with an increase in project adoptions across the GCC.
