Steven Lamb

Steve is the Regional Manager for AMCL, the Asset Management Division of Turner & Townsend Ltd, and is responsible for the Middle East & Africa. Steve has 17 years of experience delivering and managing assets across the built environment in both the UK and UAE. He has worked in Dubai for over 8 years, having been involved in the lifecycle management of some of the region’s most prominent buildings, including the Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Festival City and New York University, Abu Dhabi. He has practical hands-on experience with some of the region’s Asset Management challenges. Steve has assisted multiple organisations in the regional built environment adopt tech-enabled solutions and has vast knowledge of AI, ML, and digitised asset management solutions.
