As a Co-Founder, she has played a pivotal role in shaping nCircle Tech into a global player in the AEC space. As the UK Chapter Lead for Women in Construction Tech (WCT), Tarika is actively fostering a global community of women innovators in construction technology. One of the few recognized women leaders in this field, she is a thought leader and dynamic speaker, having addressed numerous prestigious global platforms, including Autodesk University, Digital Construction Week (DCW), and Autodesk DevCon. She is a strong advocate for innovation, technology adoption, and digital transformation in AEC. Most recently, she delivered an insightful theater talk at Autodesk University 2024, focusing on Digital Asset Management and its impact on the industry.
