Thanos Papadimitriou

Thanos is a senior technology and digital transformation leader with over 25 years of experience shaping strategy-led transformation in construction and project-intensive environments, with additional exposure to government and industrial sectors across Europe and the Middle East. He focuses on aligning digital platforms, data, governance, and operating models to improve capital discipline, project predictability, risk management, and EBITDA performance. Thanos is known for enabling executive decision-making through enterprise visibility, controls, and accountability, translating technology investment into sustained business outcomes. He is a Chartered Fellow of the British Computer Society and serves on the Industrial Advisory Board of Heriot-Watt University Dubai.
