Thenayan Fahad Althenayan is the Executive Vice President of Digital at ACWA Power, where he leads the organization’s global digital transformation agenda across power, water, and renewable energy operations. With over 20 years of leadership experience in technology, data, and digital transformation across the energy, utilities, healthcare, insurance, and banking sectors, he has successfully delivered large-scale innovation programs that drive operational excellence and business value. Prior to joining ACWA Power, he served as Chief Information Officer & Data at Central National Health Insurance and held senior leadership roles at the National Water Company and Bank Albilad. His achievements include leading nationwide healthcare digitization initiatives, implementing award-winning digital transformation programs, strengthening cybersecurity and governance frameworks, and advancing the adoption of AI, IoT, cloud, and advanced analytics to enable sustainable growth and innovation.
