Vangelis Skoufoglou

Vangelis Skoufoglou is a Chartered Engineer and senior leader specialising in industrialised construction, smart infrastructure and intelligent buildings, with over 25 years of international experience across consultancy, contracting and client-side environments.
Most recently, he served as Modular Asset Director for NEOM THE LINE, one of the world,s most ambitious giga-projects, where he led the end-to-end modular and industrialised delivery strategy, integrating AI-ready digital infrastructure and Design for Manufacture and Assembly principles at city scale.
Prior to this, as Head of Intelligent Buildings & Digital at Reds10, he built and scaled a national intelligent building programme across the UK Ministry of Defence estate, winning the KNX International Award 2024 for Innovation.
A recognised thought leader in intelligent infrastructure, Vangelis is a European Commission Smart Readiness Indicator Expert and has published academic papers with Cambridge/ICE and the IET, UK. He holds an Executive MBA from Henley Business School, an MSc from London South Bank University and is a Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology.
