Wael Afify

Wael Afify is a Cost Control Director with more than 20 years of experience in cost management and ERP fields in various industries like construction, petroleum and energy. He is a former board member of AACEI Saudi Arabian west section, a cost management trainer and has contributed to a successful implementation of ERP modules in mega projects however achieving the implementation of integrated cost management and ERP system is his enduring purpose. Currently, he is the head of cost control of Non Haramin projects in Saudi Binladin Group working towards cost management governance and digitization.
