Walid Abou Chakra

Since joining Khatib & Alami in 2009, Walid has been solving enterprise project development challenges and providing technical solutions to several major utilities in the Middle East & Africa. He has continually supported utility companies in improving operations through digital transformation, best practice implementation of IT/OT integration, smart grid solutions, and geospatial enablement. As a Senior Manager for Digital Energy & Utilities, Walid is in charge of client and partner relations for the sector and growing K&A’s Digital Services offering around grid modernization, digitalization, and intelligent asset management.

Walid holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and Public Policy from McMaster University, Canada and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto, Canada.
