Waqar Hasan is a Dubai-based real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in community management and property services. He is CEO of Itihad Community Management, Director of Humberts Dubai, and Vice Chair of the Dubai Real Estate Brokerage and Property Management Business Group.

An IREM instructor and Board Member of the IREM UAE Chapter, Waqar works across community management, brokerage, governance, reserve studies, compliance, and professional training. He is also the author of A Practical Guide to Community Management in Dubai.
