Wees is the Founder and CEO of FrequenC combining over 15 years of Operational & Investment experience in Construction, Tech and Financial sectors. His exposure, expertise and wide experience in the entertainment makes him a visionary and multifaceted entrepreneur looking to disrupt the dynamics of the Entertainment and Tech industry.

His deep operational experience allows him to effectively analyze and invest equity into private companies, including startups and turnarounds. His performance track record and global relationships give him access to substantial investment opportunities.

Outside of FrequenC, he serves on 4 Boards, as Managing partner of his VC firm “Elēkrŏn Ventures”, as partner and VP of Operations of Shade Corporation ltd. and partner at Equal By Nature. Additionally, he spearheads the establishment of Shade's Family Office to help diversify their investment into many asset classes globally.
